Dr. Medina is no longer accepting referrals for neuropsychological assessment in this practice. ​

At this time, Dr. Medina has limited appointments for new referrals for psychotherapy services. Services are reserved for individuals experiencing a cognitive or neurological diagnosis. This website will be updated when new appointments become available. As of June 2025, there are openings for biweekly or monthly appointments. If this feels like a good fit, give Dr. Medina a call to schedule a brief consultation to discuss working together.

Cancellation policy:
Please cancel at least 48 business hours ahead so that we can attempt to fill the appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 business hours notice due to a non-emergency situation, or you do not show up for your scheduled session, you will be billed a $50 Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee for all other services. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
